• An order is only confirmed after we accept it and payment has been successfully received or approved.

5. Loyalty Programme

• Unless otherwise stated, points, rewards, vouchers, perks, and similar benefits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded.

8. Delivery and Collection

• We will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery or collection within the estimated timeframe provided. However, delivery and collection times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect information, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect an order.
• Where re-delivery, re-routing, storage, or repeat delivery attempts are required, additional charges may apply.
• Risk in the products passes to you or your nominated recipient upon delivery or collection, as applicable.

9. International Duties and Customs

• If we offer international shipping, product prices and delivery fees shown on our website may not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or similar charges imposed by the destination country.
• Any such duties, taxes, fees, or charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise by us.

10. Changes, Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

• Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially where preparation, personalisation, packaging, procurement, or delivery arrangements have already begun.
• Any request for amendment or cancellation will be considered at our sole discretion.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange under our store policy, items must generally be new, unused, unwashed where applicable, unaltered, in their original condition, and returned with original tags, labels, accessories, instructions, seals, and packaging intact.
• For wearable, textile, or apparel-type items, if any, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
• Unless otherwise stated or required by law, personalised, customised, made-to-order, perishable, floral, edible, hygiene-sensitive, promotional, discounted, final-sale, gift set, accessory, and lifestyle items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable Singapore consumer law.

11. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@elegantbliss-gifts.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or collection, with your order number and clear supporting photographs where applicable.
• We may require additional information, reasonable inspection, or the return of the item before determining the appropriate remedy.
• Where appropriate and subject to applicable law, we may offer replacement, price adjustment, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
• If return shipping is approved by us for a defective or incorrect item, any reimbursement of return shipping costs will be limited to a reasonable amount or our least expensive standard method, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

• Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and special offers are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn, amended, suspended, or cancelled at any time.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one promotion or discount code may be used per order, promotions are not exchangeable for cash, and promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.
