At Elegant Bliss, each gift is thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented to create a meaningful and memorable gifting experience. Our collections often include carefully selected, occasion-based, and limited-availability items, some of which are perishable or personalised. As such, we uphold a carefully considered return and refund policy to preserve product quality and ensure fairness to all our customers.

Returns & Eligibility

As a general principle, all purchases made with Elegant Bliss are considered final and non-refundable. This reflects the curated and time-sensitive nature of our gift offerings.

We will, however, gladly review and resolve issues under the following circumstances:

– The item received is damaged or defective

– An incorrect item has been delivered

In such cases, customers are kindly requested to contact us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.

Limited Exceptions

At our discretion, we may consider returns for non-perishable and non-personalised items, provided that:

– The request is made within 7 days of delivery

– The item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Approved returns under these exceptional circumstances will be issued in the form of store credit. This approach allows us to maintain the quality of our products while offering flexibility to our valued customers.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

– Personalised or customised gifts

– Perishable items, including food, snacks, and floral arrangements

– Gift sets or hampers that have been opened, used, or tampered with

– Items purchased on final sale or clearance

– Requests based on change of mind

Store Credit

Where applicable, store credit:

– Will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items

– Is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance

– Is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash

Delivery Responsibility

As our products are often sent directly to recipients, customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. Elegant Bliss is not liable for unsuccessful deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
