Singapore Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during festive or promotional periods. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Customised, personalised, made-to-order, or limited-edition items may require additional preparation time, and this will be communicated where applicable.
  2. Shipping Rates. For deliveries within Singapore, Elegant Bliss generally adopts a flat shipping rate to provide a straightforward and seamless checkout experience. Where special arrangements, larger orders, bulky parcels, remote locations, or promotional terms apply, shipping charges may vary, including additional courier surcharges, and some remote locations may be unavailable for delivery. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly presented at checkout before payment is completed.
  3. Estimated Delivery Time. Once dispatched, local orders within Singapore are generally delivered within 3-7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, festive demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  4. Delivery Address. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout. Elegant Bliss will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or incorrect address, redelivery charges may apply.
  5. Handling and Presentation. Each order is packed with care and attention to detail. Due to the curated and presentation-focused nature of our gifts, minor variations in wrapping materials, ribbon styling, or packaging elements may occur depending on availability. Any substitution made will be of comparable style and quality, while preserving the overall Elegant Bliss presentation experience.
  6. Courier Handling and Transit Care. We take great care in preparing each Elegant Bliss order to ensure it is securely packed and beautifully presented before dispatch. As deliveries are carried out by independent courier and postal partners, handling standards may vary from place to place, and transit-related issues may occasionally arise beyond our control. While Elegant Bliss cannot guarantee the manner in which parcels are handled once dispatched, we kindly ask that you contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, mishandled, or not as expected. Please include your order number and supporting photographs so that we may review the matter and assist where reasonably possible, subject always to applicable law.
  7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear supporting photographs. We will review each request carefully and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution at our discretion.
International Shipping Policy
